Driver Verification
Every driver who wishes to operate on the Zila platform must undergo a verification process before being approved. Drivers are required to provide:

- A valid driver's license.
- Driver's license photographs (front and back).
- A recent profile photograph.
- Vehicle registration details.
- Vehicle photographs, including front, rear, left side, right side, front interior, and rear interior views.
- Additional verification documents where required.
Driver accounts remain inactive until all required information has been reviewed and approved by Zila.
Passenger Verification
To improve accountability and safety, passengers must also complete identity verification before requesting trips. Verification may include the submission of government-issued identification, profile photographs, and additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation.
Passenger verification helps create a safer environment for both passengers and drivers and assists with fraud prevention and incident investigations.
Trip Tracking
Every trip booked through Zila is digitally recorded. Information maintained may include:

GPS Location Services
Zila uses GPS technology to improve safety and service quality.
During active trips:
- Passengers can view the driver's location.
- Drivers can navigate to passenger pickup locations.
- Drivers can navigate to passenger destinations.
- Trip routes may be recorded for safety and operational purposes.
GPS tracking helps improve accountability and supports emergency response when necessary.
Safe Driving Standards
Drivers using Zila are expected to maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Drivers must:
- Obey all traffic laws and regulations.
- Operate roadworthy vehicles.
- Drive responsibly and safely.
- Treat passengers respectfully.
- Refrain from distracted driving.
- Never operate a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair driving ability.
Unsafe driving behavior may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
Respectful Conduct
Zila maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward inappropriate conduct.
Passengers and drivers must not:
- Harass other users.
- Threaten or intimidate others.
