  • Vehicle photographs, including front, rear, left side, right side, front interior, and rear interior views.

Driver accounts remain inactive until all required information has been reviewed and approved by Zila.

Passenger Verification

To improve accountability and safety, passengers must also complete identity verification before requesting trips. Verification may include the submission of government-issued identification, profile photographs, and additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation.

Safe Driving Standards

Drivers using Zila are expected to maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Drivers must:

  • Obey all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Operate roadworthy vehicles.
  • Drive responsibly and safely.
  • Treat passengers respectfully.
  • Refrain from distracted driving.
  • Never operate a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair driving ability.
